Refund Policy


returns window

we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. after 30 days, we can’t offer a return, exchange, or refund.

eligibility

to be eligible for a return:

  • items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn
  • items must be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging included
  • items must be free from deodorant marks, makeup marks, stains, strong odours (including perfume), or pet hair
  • you must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

non-returnable items

we do not accept returns for:

  • gift cards
  • final sale / clearance items (if marked as final sale at the time of purchase)
  • items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or returned without original tags/packaging
  • hygiene-sensitive items where a return would not be appropriate once opened/used (if applicable)

how to start a return

to start a return, email us at support@wearmysa.com with:

  • your order number
  • the item(s) you’d like to return
  • the reason for return

we will reply with the next steps and return instructions.

please do not send a return without contacting us first, as we can’t guarantee it will be received or processed correctly.

refunds

once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm the outcome.

if approved, refunds are issued back to your original payment method. processing times vary by bank/payment provider, but most refunds appear within 5–10 business days after approval.

exchanges

we currently do not offer direct exchanges. if you’d like a different size or colour, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund (subject to eligibility).

damaged or incorrect items

if your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, email support@wearmysa.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue and packaging. we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

return shipping

return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

we recommend using a tracked service, as we’re not responsible for returns lost in transit.

cancellations

if you need to cancel an order, contact support@wearmysa.com as soon as possible. once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
